CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION:
Gather the Identifying documents you will need:
- The applicant must be Citizen of Malaysia / Permanent Resident only.
- The applicant should be at least 18 years old or not more than 55 years old.
- Monavie's members are not entitled for the contest.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
The applicant is required to be submitting the MyKad/ MyPR measuring 512 x 359 pixel (colour), front and back with jpeg format.

Clsosing date for all entries is 26 August 2011.
Prizes not claimsed by 01 September 2011 will be donated to charity.
